Electromagnetic perception
This is one of the most interesting sense that the shark possesses. Sharks have the ability to sense tiny electric currents emitted from other living things. they can sense their location through this electric current.
This organ is located in the sharks snout and are known as ampullae of Lorenzini. The ampullae detect the electromagnetic signals and send them to their brain.
This organ is also believed to help sharks navigate through deep water during migrations. Some people say that they detect the magnetic signals from the earth and use it to guide themselves.
